Detailed Description
Meretec Meltstock has been long used by our local foundries in Australia and it is time for us to introduce to you our premium product Meretec De-zinc Shredded Scrap Meltstock (Meretec Meltstock) which is targeted to foundries.
Our Meretec Meltstock is a product that is supplied to foundry guaranteed, free of coatings, dirt, oil, and is sprayed with a rust inhibitor to come to users rust free as clean black scraps. The material delivers considerable savings per ton with less dross, less waste, extended furnace and bag house life, reduced melting time, higher yield recoveries, better castings and better work place environment.
Less Dross - Means less labor to pull continuants from the stop of the pot such as slag and crap that comes from poorly sourced Scrap. This also means less chance of causing injury to staff working on the furnace deck.
Minimal Melt loss Means because we are selling perfect black scrap without paint, oil and dirt attached, the end user gets a higher return from the product bought, You only pay for what you want, you dont pay for continuants.
Longer Furnace Linings With minimal continuants this will prolong the life of the furnace linings. Continuants eat away at furnace linings which means more down time in production and increased labor costs to reline the furnaces.
Less pollutants into the environment This is self explanatory.
Please send me an email if you want to receive our official introductory, pictures of the materials and a spreadsheet which show in quantitative scale how Meretec can save you millions of dollars in the long run to end users. This report was compiled from real data which our production have collected from the foundry users. We'd therefore like that you are also able to take advantage and to benefit from using this material.
This is definitely better than the normal HMS or PNS material in respect of foundry feedstock
needs and a more consistent supply without having to worry about the variance in your normal scraps supply.
Regards,
Ms. Touseef
